Malugod kayong inaanyayahan ng Komisyon sa Wikang Filipino (KWF) sa isang lektura kaugnay ng pagdiriwang ng Buwan ng Panitikan 2025 na may temang “SIKAD PANITIKAN: Kultura at Panitikan ng Kaunlaran.”

Ang tagapanayam sa lektura sa pagbubukas ng Buwan ng Panitikan na tatalakay sa tema nito ay ibibigay ni Prop. Felipe M. De Leon, Pangulo ng Asian Social Institute, Dating Tagapangulo ng Pambansang Komisyon para sa Kultura at mga Sining (NCCA) at ginawaran ng KWF Dangal ng Wikang Filipino 2022. Ito ay gaganapin sa 3 Abril 2025, 10:00 nu–12:00 nt gamit ang Zoom.

Buwan ng Panitikan ngayong Abril sa temang “Sikad Panitikan, Kultura at Panitikan ng Kaunlaran”!

Sa pangunguna ng Pambansang Komisyon para sa Kultura at mga Sining, Komisyon sa Wikang Filipino, at ang Pambansang Lupon sa Pagpapaunlad ng Aklat o National Book Development Board - Philippines alinsunod sa Proklamasyon Bilang 968 na nilagdaan noong 2015, ating ipinagdiriwang ang National Literature Month o Buwan ng Panitikan ngayong darating na Abril.

Ngayong taon, isang dekada simula nang malagdaan ang proklamasyon, binibigyang-diin natin ang pagsikad ng panitikan bilang mahalagang salik sa paghubog ng ating pagkakakilanlan. Higit pa sa sining ng pagsulat, ang panitikan ay nagsisilbing tulay sa mas malalim na pag-unawa sa mga isyung panlipunan, pang-ekonomiya, at pampulitika. Ito rin ay nagbibigay-daan sa pagbasag ng mga makalumang pananaw at sa pagpapalawak ng kaisipan para sa mas makabago at progresibong lipunan.

Sa paglipas ng panahon, naipapasa at naipalalaganap ng panitikan ang mga kuwento ng pagpupunyagi at pagninilay na nagpapayaman sa ating kultura—isang kultura na hindi lamang para sa iilan, kundi para sa lahat.

Sikad Panitikan... Para sa iba, para sa bayan.
